To design the hot stamp print, you can use types, numbering
units and/or clichées, placed in a holder (called typeholder).
Typeholders are custom made and registered by serielnumbers.

| Elmoprint standard types are delivered in brass in
printingheights of 2, 3, 3,8 and 5 mm. Types are easy
to exchange and can be combined to print any text and
numbers. Suitable for printing dates, lot- and batchnumbers
and short text. Specialtypes are made on request. This
can be, blocks with text, such as BEST BEFORE, or arabic,
cyrillic, greek or chinese text, and small marks, i.e.
ovalmarks (EEC-numbers) for dairies and slaugtherhouses,
as well as steeltypes, T-slot types and types for printing
on concave, convex and spherical surfaces. Clichées, etched
or engraved in 4mm magnesium or brass-plate,
are used for printing of logos, marks, bar-codes and longer
text, such as ingredientlists. For printing dates, lot-
or batchnumbers in one line of given format, using a numbering
unit, with wheels, for easy exchange of digits, can be
the best solution. |

The typeholder can also hold clichées and numbering units, and combinations with clichées, types and/or numbering units on the same typeholder are also posible.
Elmoprint designs typeholders for customers needs and wishes. Typeholders have a handle of a non heatconductive material, and can easily be taken out of the printer, types and clichées exchanged, or numbering wheels turned, all without use of tools.
