Special machines

In excess of our printers Elmoprint ApS Maskinfabrik produces: - Frames and brackets for mounting our printers on all kind of packaging machines, label applicators and production lines. We have knowledge of a lot of packaging machines and label applicators in our database.- Handling equipment for all kind of products to be printed.

I.e. stand-alone printers for manual feeding of difficult objects, as well as various carton feeders, suitable for all shapes and sizes of cartons, and in several ways, depending on the quantity/speed required by our customers.- Other special machinery is designed and developped in close cooperation with our distributors and Scandinavian customers.

Special labelling machines


More than 35 units to unwind, cut, label, and advance the topfilm for Vacuum packaging machines, produced for Reseal-it in Sweden is a very succesfull special application from Elmoprint(The label applicator is by MR).	Cross web labeller with ICE Zodiac printer and jumbounwinder. JUMBOUNWINDER. Movie	Jumbo-unwinder for unwinding (and printing) of large label rolls (Max. outerdiameter 500mm).

Specialmachines for coding cardboard boxes


Carton feeder CP-250-1for boxes which can be separated by pushing a box from the bottom of a stack.	Turntable carton feeder is for cartons, which has to be hold firmly during the printing proces.	CP-250 carton feeder for boxes which are separated by picking from top of a stack, and then placed on a conveyor, where vacuum can hold them.
In all 3 machines, the boxes comes from a stack in a magazine, and are delivered overlapping on a conveyor.

Other special machines



A complete production line to unwind, cut, fold and weld 4 pieces of goretex material to form windows covering for Velux, is so far our largest single production.	In-line printer line with magazine, 3 pcs. M200 hot stamping machines and a conveyor for printing rulers.	Printer in heavy duty frame with a turntable for feeding objects to the printer.
