Elmoprint delivers hot foil for printing on most packaging materials,
such as plastic films, aluminium films and cardboard boxes.
Hot foil in many colours are delivered to food-, cosmetic-,
pharmaceutical- and grafic- manufacturers.
| We import inspected jumbo rolls from some of the worlds
leading manufacturers of hot foil, and slit it in our
factory, to the slitrolls used on our hot stamping machines.
Hereby we obtain a high quality of uniform rolls, and
a good qualitycontrol, as Elmoprint visually inspect the
hot foil during the slitting proces. Further more we are
very flexible, when it comes to fulfilling our customers
demands for urgent delivery of hot foil in any roll dimension.
Hot foil is slit in lenghtes of 122mts, 183mts, 305mts
and 430mts, and standard widthes of 20, 25, 30, 35, 38,
40, 44, 47, 50, 54, 60, 63, 69, 76, 80, 84, 95mm. |

| Elmoprint has a wide range of hot foil in
stock
To make sure that you choose the right grade, Elmoprint
is always ready to make testprinting on any substrate
sent to us, as well as delivering sample rolls for testing
in your production. Hot foil from Elmoprint is not toxid.
Certifikate for EN71 (the toys-standard) can be provided
by Elmoprint. On these it will also appear, that the
contents of heavy metals in our foil is so little, that
it also keep the news EU limits required for all packaging
materials, which are introduced in a few years. |
