or silicone rubber, and typeholders for quick and easy design
/adjustment of prints.

Typeholder with outerdiameter of 50,8mm and 2 printareas
for steps of 180° is standard. You will hereby get a minimum
printdistance of approx. 80 mm. Typeholders are equiped
with a handle in a material which is not heat-conductive,
and a locking ring with a ball catch, so types can be
changed without use of tools. The types are slid on the
needles and locked with locking pieces of silicone. The
typefaces have a standard text height of 3 mm. The text
is orientated as linear or radial. Text lines or special
characters/logos can be manufactured to customer specifications.
The hot ink rollers are foam rollers inpregnated with
thermal ink. At approximately 90°C the ink begins to melt
and sets off a thin film of ink onto the types, when in
contact with the roller.

The hot ink rollers are supplied in trays of 25 pcs. and
are available in the following colours : Black, white, blue,
red, yellsow, green and brown. The lifetime of one roller
is approx. 80.000 date-prints in 3mm height.
